Wow, whoever installed that roll cage should never do another one. That is ridiculous! Lucky they weren't hurt is right. I'd be pissed!

i guess the question would be, why have a car that is made for track use only and not have a cage.

I agree Kerry. I cage would be a must in a track car but even so that roll bar should not have just punched through the floor. The mounting points were obviously not strengthened.

i know when i bought my cage from kenny brown he said the street cage for help in strengthening the structure, not for roll overs. the bar itself is NHRA approved.

i know when mine was installed there is big metal plates on the bottom side and it pancakes the floor pan, but would not of helped in the situation
