Took an awesome trip up to Maine a few weeks ago with a buddy of mine. I was going to try and post some pics here but I'm not real good at that so here is a link to them:

We rode for 7 days. I left the Outer Banks on a Sat evening and hooked up with my buddy Andy in VA Beach. Early the next morning we hit the road and made out way to another friends' house near Binghamton, NY. It was on and off raining on Mon am so we hung out till about 10am and then headed to Brunswick, ME. Tues was the first day or really nice riding along the coast of Maine from Brunswick into Bar Harbor and finally Lebeck that evening. On Wed we hit some real nice back roads (of course all the roads up there are real nice backroads) and then headed to the White Mts of New Hampshire on Thurs. It rained a little late in the day and early pm on Thurs and unfortunately rained all day on Fri during our ride along the Kangamangus Hwy which is one of the most scenic roads in the country. By mid afternoon on Fri we were sick of riding in the rain and decided to abort our plans to ride into the Adirondack Mts of NY and headed into clear skys south in Conn. On Sat am we left early to miss the traffic along the interstates of NJ and then hopped over the Delaware Bridge and took Rte 13 all the way to VA Beach and then back home to KDH.
This is an annual trip that we do every fall. An awesome ride with great scenery and roads. We also drive our muscle cars on an annual Road Rally up to Northern Va. I do this with a bunch of guys I went to High School with. It's a blast!
