It was a great show, lots of really nice Mustangs and Eddie took Best Roush! He and I also placed in the top 35! :D

Congrats on your placements! Looks like a lot of very nice stangs. That Boss 429 looks awesome. Not a lot of engine bay room, huh?

Let me know if you are interested in cruising up to the Fun Ford show this Sat. (or anybody else). I'll probably leave the beach by 6:30am and am planning on meeting my friend Andy in VA Beach and heading down 460 from there.

You know it's killing me that we're not going this weekend! But those Billy Joel tickets were too expensive to skip the concert... :(

We found a vid clip of that 429, she sounds as awesome as she looks!! I'll see if I can't get it uploaded. It's music to soothe the soul! :p

That sounds sweeeet!! Love the license plate too.

Fun Ford Weekend was fun but I didn't take the stang due to rain and of course my camera was in the stang. The drags were awesome.

We'll see how long it takes to get the rest of the parts I need but I did buy a 5spd trans at the show. Got the T5-z w/ 295 1st gear just rebuilt including bellhouseing, clutch lever, clutch and pressure plate for $1250. Next is to get the new crossmember, hydrolic clutch kit and drive shaft. The guy that is going to do the conversion for me was able to use an alum drive shaft from an Explorer on his '65 so I'm hoping the shaft length will work for me too. Much cheaper than buying a new alum shaft. I would also like to replace my flywheel (think it has a few bad teeth, it grabs the starter every now and then) w/ an alum one. We'll see how quick the funds run out. Sure will be nice to be able to run comfortably at 70mph!
