Gotta say that this years bike rally was an awesome event! The weather was about perfect and the events goin on were great! I don't think that attendance was as large as last year but there wasn't the HOG rally this time. That also meant that there were more bikers and less posers. The setup at KH Harley was well worth the ride and the bike wash at Hooters practically stopped traffic! :D
The rally at Vertigo was the place to be this year as always! :rockon: Anyone who didn't get to check out the Wall of Death really missed out!!!! Those guys were crazy with their high speed centrifugal antics and Freakshow Foley had to be seen to be believed.
Saturday we were there all day with the J&S race team showing off the dragbikes and Josh made sure to put on a helluva show in the burnout pit! He managed to burn down two tires, one on the ZX14 and a new one on the 'busa. I even managed to lose a good bit of tread in the pit with my dragbike but saved the tire. We have video of the burnouts if anyone is interested.
Anyway, if next year is as good as this year was, I can't wait!! :rockon:
